The bulk of the session will be devoted to drills and modified games that allow for lots of repetitions so we are developing greater consistency, accuracy, strength, and fitness. Plan on learning drills, games, and activities that you can do with your friends! You MUST cancel if you can not make it. Your cancellation activates the waitlist, which is important since we need multiples of 4 for this activity. Please refrain from cancelling at the last minute if at all possible.
